The Cow Gallery
Here they are in all sizes, stripes and colors. Our cows are fun loving, friendly and curious. We don't push them for milk production; they give what they give. Our view is the lower the stress, the healthier the cow, the better the milk and thus the cheese. Over the years we have named heifer calves after birds, spices, flowers and actresses.
